Terms of Service

By booking a detailing service with our company, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Service nature
    All services provided are professional automotive detailing services. Because this is a service and not a product, all sales are final. No refunds or returns will be issued once the service has been completed.

  2. Booking and cancellations
    Appointments must be scheduled in advance. We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee.

  3. Vehicle condition
    Clients are responsible for disclosing the condition of their vehicle prior to service. Excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or other conditions may require additional time and fees. We will inform you of any such adjustments before proceeding.

  4. Liability
    While every effort is made to ensure the safety of your vehicle, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, worn finishes, or defects that may be revealed during or after the detailing process.

  5. Personal items
    Please remove all personal belongings before service. We are not responsible for any items left inside the vehicle.

  6. Completion and satisfaction
    Our team takes pride in delivering high-quality results. Any concerns must be addressed at the time of service completion so they can be resolved promptly.

  7. Policy updates
    These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the most current terms.
